I've only be using this site for about a couple of days, been exploring the different features. One of the features I love is the diet tracker and how easy it is to find the food you've eaten. Today for simplicity I had eaten at A&W, had the Mozza Burger combo, with medium fries and medium Rootbeer. I know fast food isn't good for you, but after entering in my meal and finding out my lunch was 1200 calories, it made me realize just how bad might be some of the other burgers I eat, i.e. the whopper or the angus burger from McDonalds. Well holy crap, after tracking my meals and learning just how many calories etc are them, it's making me completely re-evaluate where I eat. Can't say I'll never eat at those places again, as there is situations where it's just simplicity to eat there. However, I will definitely be limiting the how much I do eat from there, only in absolute nessecity will I eat there now, subway, or heating a grocery store and grabbing some sandwich meats etc will be in future now. It's amazing how simply spending a couple of minutes tracking the food you eat can change your perspective of what's going into your body.
