Well, journaling my food intake is really helping. I knew that it would. But what I didn't expect was the impact of journaling my workouts. Using the workout tracker, I can get a good idea of how much weight I can expect to lose a week as well as WHY I may not be losing.

By getting back on track, I've got my blood sugar back under control for now and I'm under my START weight again. LOL It's good to see negative numbers up there finally. LOL

I'm pretty excited about the plan again. After the horror of my mom's cancer and death, it feels good to be doing something positive for a change. And I know that she would be proud of me.

My short term goal is simply to get under 230. From there, I'll work on getting under 220 and so on. I figure those are reasonable, achievable goals. I'm not setting deadlines except for one. I'm not too concerned about my weight, but I would like to be in a size 14 by the time of my step-son's wedding on March 10 of next year. Right now, I'm in a 4x on top and an 18W on bottom. My husband's ex will be there and I would love to be able to flaunt a much smaller waist by that time. LOL
