Well, I gave into my emotions and now I have regret. Blech!
Needless to say, I gave into me and did what I craved - ate bad foods and didn't exercise. And it was critical that I follow my plan really well this week b/c we are planning a huge blow out this Saturday for the Bama/LSU game (ROLL TIDE!!!). Rob is preparing his famous wings and tater logs. YUM! LOL
So, my short term goal is to diligently stick to my meal plans AND my workout plans and to journal every bit of it. Therein lies my success.
