well, the whole point of starting a blog was to help myself maintain a consistent diet and be motivated. but today it all went down the drain, i ate ice cream,pizza, donut, and beer. All the worst food that should be avoided had been consumed in a single day.
I didnt get a chance to workout either, yes i am bad. How do i redeem myself? i have no idea. I started the blog yesterday hoping that i will stay commited but somehow i havent been able to.
The good thing is that i will be going to take summer courses in college which is a good thing because my parents wont be making/buying good food/junks, so if i dont have those foods in the dorm chances are i wont buy/eat them.

I should reach my goal within this time frame. which is roughly 1.2 lbs/week
