week 2 day 5

hello folks,
Today is the 5th day of my second week, and i am doing well with all my exercises. What is keeping me motivated? well aside from the fact that im still fairly young i also have a roommate that is in worse condition than i am but he is bringing it everyday. He is doing everything im doing and i know that it is even harder for him because he is heavier than me, so i will motivate myself to do the same. I have no excuse to not workout so here i am making a full commitment to be fit and healthy for this summer and for many years to come.
I grew up in a big family and i have many nieces and nephews, i want to have the ability to play and hang out with them, i dont want to be the uncle who sits on the couch all day and cant play with them. So that is another reason why i have to stay commited. i will set an example that eating well and being fit can also be done in a fun way.
