day 1....i'm tring to loose weight again but this time i'm tring the raw food life style.. i have been tring to change my food plan to more fruits and vegetables..but not cooked...a raw food diet....smoothies ,veggie juices...some dehydrated foods...not heated above 115 degrees still is considered raw...so raw breads and crackers are ok but i will not have these too often because they do slow down weight loss.they are made primarily made with seeds and nuts....
i've been in the process of changing over for at least a year....cooked foods and sweets are my weakness and it has been a struggle to give these things up ....i've had good days and then some very bad days....the last 2 weeks have been my best so far...only one bad day of processed foods....went to a party that only had these chips and dips and things far from Raw foods ...i promised my self i would not partake but the temptation was too strong and before i knew it i was eating everything i loved..even a peice(really 2 peices...but who's counting?) of carrot cake...i LOVE carrot cake.....ate so much i was sick....but i got up the next morning an got right back on track
i'm also going to increase my workouts....i already walk and do yoga a couple of days aweek ,but i'm going to incororate weights and a some kind of cardio....
i will blog my daily activity and food intake and any new recipes .....
if any one reads this i hope i can give you some inspiration...
my weight as of today is 154.8...and my goal is 140....so 14 lbs to go ...if i feel good there then that will be the weight i will try to maintain...if not and i think i want to loose more then i'll continue on my journey....this time i am determined to win this battle with my weight...
