well im seemed to have lost over 150 lbs since march 2011 which to me is awesome. i now smaller than i was in high school. im so proud! come on girls/guys you can do it i did!

well i got rid of all that stressed me in my life. i do yoga regularly, eat only as much as i burn, an try to think positive. more water too. :)
