Arrgh the weekends are tough!

I tried my hardest to keep my calorie count down this weekend (1st weekend watching my diet). I did great saturday- mostly due to being hung over (sorry liver) :). I had gone 350 over calories on bloody mary's friday but all the dancing covered it. Sunday I kept the calories to 2350 which is only 40-50 calories over my BMR so over all pretty good. That was a big change from my 4000 usual. It's strangely comforting to know exactly what Im putting in my body. Tomarrow is weigh in day should be on track to lose another 1.5 lbs I'll let you know.
