Getting rid of everything! (Weight as well I hope!)

My exercise has taken a sudden change of direction. For the past 1 week I have been in the UK to clear out my possessions that has been in storage for the past 2 years. It is unbelievable the stuff we had but did not use....3 dining tables and sets of chairs as one example!
Unfortunately the weather climate in UK is considerably colder thn Hong Kong but I have kept ,y exercising regime going, but just running as don't have any gym facilities. Although I am getting soooo much exercise moving boxes, clearing rubbish out and moving furniture to charity shops - absolutely knackered!
No scales means no weigh-in so can't see what effect the change of regime is having and I have another 1 week to go until I go back to Hong Kong.
The food in UK is not geared towards being healthy - it is so difficult to find reasonable food. Without the facilities it is impossible to do my own food so relying on supermarket salads and restaurants.... Will know in 1 week!
