Hi everyone. My name is Heather. I'm 34, living in Denver, CO. I started off my weight loss journey at a solid 241.5 lbs. I'm only a medium frame so that was achy and aweful for me.
I'm honestly looking for people to help me keep going. I have lost 41 lbs. so far and have another 40+ to go. I have a personal trainer that I love, but I have to keep my social life and eating in check. It seems to get harder all of the time. It's like. . .I think I'm doing okay until I type the food into my food diary and realize I've gone over my alotted amount. ARGH!!
Anyway, started a personal blog a while back so I'm adding the link below. I would love to hear from anyone in my same position or anyone who has some good advice on how to get over a plateau and keep motivated for the next 40+ pounds.
Also, I just put together a hug protein recipe that I ate last night. It's pretty darn tasty if you're interested in giving it a shot. Maybe you can make some ingredient suggestions. I would LOOOOOOOVE that.
Anyway, hoping to find some friends to support and get supported by.
