I need to lose >100 lbs but can't imagine dieting for more than a year....we will see. My short term goal is to stay true to the diet for at least 4 wks ...then maybe take a day off and try for 3 more weeks and take a day off then go for two weeks and get a day off every two weeks....since its day three, I guess I will be testing my will power,
I trying the rapid weight loss diet by Lyle McDonald...I am under 800 cals per day. Today was my first day on the diet away from home. I leave for work around 5:30am and don't get home until 7ish...I was so hungry. I need to find a solution for the long work days or my will power is likely a gonner!
I don't have a scale...not into them...plus I would probably break it! :-). I'm going to determine progress by the fit of my clothes and how I feel.
