Once Behind

Okay, I am behind in my goal by a couple of pounds but I am still plugging along.  I have lost a total of 15 lbs. There is another 20 to 25 pounds to be removed from these old bones of mine..  It depends on which final goal I feel comfortable in.  Most people seem to think for my height (5' 4') 130 lbs is good weight.  I think 125 lbs should be my goal.  We'll see when I get to 130 lbs.if I want to lose the five pounds extra.  I weighed 118 lbs (height was 5' 5" then) my senior year of high school.  Boy, it seems like neons ago!  

Yes, it seems I've lost an inch somewhere.  Some feel this is gavity pulling me down.  I say BS it is  loss of good posture.  Sitting with head and shoulders hunched forward (reading, working on computer or just sitting behind a desk)  I should try a yoga class to straighten myself out before my posture gets so bad I look like the "Hunch Back of Notre Dame".
