Forgive my language but I'm tired of my shit. I didn't sleep good last night and I ATE AND ATE AND ATE. Chocolate candies.
My stomach feels big and I feel uncomfortable.
I am going to try today to limit my carb intake. I'm also going to cut up fruit to have in the frig for when I do eat at night.
Its like something takes over and I cannot control myself.
