    Yesterday it clicked my clothes are getting too tight and I don't have any money to buy a whole new wardrobe. EPIDEMY...It's time to lose some weight! I've been struggling with it, if I must refer to it that way since i've been inconsistent. The only problem is I don't have to motivation to get and go work out. But, today is a new day, new choices, new life. So, Here Goes "Somethin'!"

  • I have set up some eating plans avoiding carbs later in the day-I am also going to try the water tip (I think it will help) I may feel like a jailbird lol with water and crackers at my bed-side but it is worth a try. Will let everyone know if I beat this "Need to Eat" in the dead of night.
