    I had three C-sections. First, I started to work out when I had TIME and didn't need to sleep instead of work out!! I didn't start until after my 6 week check, and then I asked my doc. I also let my body tell me what I coudl and couldn't do. If sit ups strain too much, STOP!! FYI, even 20 years later, you will still feel a little pull at your inscision.
