    Starting college the fall of '11 was hard and took some getting use to. After finishing one quarter I feel that I should look at my fitness options my school has. I want to start getting into shape and not gain the freshman 20lb.  I am aiming to starting a the new year and another quarter with a goal and be able to say I finished it.
