About me: Believe it or not I once used weigh 250lbs! I now weigh around 147lbs,give or take a few pounds. I actually found a pic of myself from whenI weighed 250lbs. I NEVER want to be that FAT again!!!! Anyway the way I lost over 100lbs was to change the way I used to eat and to exercise . I usually work out 3-4 days a week at the gym. And I also walk anywhere from 2 - 5 miles a day. When I do my workouts at the gym,one day I might do nothing but an hour of cardio. Then the next time I'll workout with weights for half an hour & then another half hour of cardio;either on the treadmill or elipitcal bike. And then in the evenings or late afternoonsI'll do my walk .The trick is to do something different every day, that way you don't get bored.
