About me: My goal is to lose 44 lbs. and be 190 lbs. I'm doing this through eating habits and exercise alone. My daily calorie intake varies from 800 to 1000. I exercise 6 days a week either doing Cross fit or using the eliptical maching for 45 minutes. My average calorie burn on the eliptical is 450, and I'm told the Cross Fit burns nearly the same. Hopefully I get to my goal.
