About me: I've lost 20 pounds this past summer walking. Usually a nightly walk of 3 miles around a track.
Getting ready for winter, I have started to use a recumbent bike.
Its not spinning but the sweat rolls off after an hours workout.
Trying to step it up, loose some weight, and get my life back.
