About me: I'm a wife, and working mother of two. I have an under active thyroid and recently have been put on medication to hopefully fix this. I would like to lose weight and be more active. I've recently made the decision to really try to put myself and my health and wellness as a priority, which is very difficult for me. I'm hoping to lose 50-70lbs. One way I'm shooting for this goal is wearing a pedometer and shooting for 10,000 steps a day.
