About me: Hi. I'm just a typical college student. I'd gained weight back in middle school (pizza everyday for lunch? Heck yes!) and I've decided it is time to lose it. At 180, I've lost weight since high school graduation, where I weighed a whopping 197. Now that I'm in college, I'm not quite sure how to approach this. There's never any food, and while that may help with the weight, I kind of want to keep the muscles.
