About me: I'm a total health nut...I'm those ppl u see in the supermarket reading all the lables...LOL! My sometimes hectic but exciting career as a Makeup artist in New Jersey doesn't leavw me much time to include an exercise regimen or plan balanced meals all the time. I feel since I've hit the 30 mark my energy level has totally gone down the drain!!! -_- I've tried vitamins with little to no results so my desperation to regain my youthful energy and zest for life has led me here in hopes of a positive life change!
I'm so excited to begin this journey and I can wait to start seeing results
