About me: SOOOOO Its been 5 months I went from 230 pounds to 173 pounds and now I'm doing my first olympic triathlon june 27th and placed 2nd overall male in a try a tri triathlon 2 weekends ago i ran my first half marathon last weekend it had a 1000 foot elevation gain and I did it in 1:45 a solid 8 min mile pace! I will forever be running cycling and swimming! I am training for a half Ironman in sept. 2 marathons before november a Iron man next june and a 60k ultra marathon in April!!!!!! Now today 3/12/11 I have been training since December lots of weights swimming and light running.January I started running a lot and cycling as well. I was training for a half ironman at then end of April! Mind you I work in the woods thinning trees packing a heavy power saw through foot of snow all day. Lots of 4:30 am workouts followed by exausted evening runs or rides! Dont get me wrong I love getting up that early to do this new sport and live this new life style I wouldn't trade it for a thing!
