About me: I am a 52 year old housewife & SAHM to our two youngest daughters, Jessica (15) & Melissa (14). We live in the beautiful state of Oregon, with 9 purr-babies & 2 parakeets. My husband works for a concrete store fulltime, running the place all on his own, for a major company. Also, together we manage & maintain a 12 unit apartment complex. Our oldest daughter at home, Jessica, attends 10th grade at our local high school. Melissa, our youngest, is home schooling this year. I have joined FitClick because I need a good diet & exercise program, that I will stick with, to basically get my body back in shape & save my life. I have a lot of good support, so I know I can do this. I have to start out very slow & easy, as to not over exert my heart. I am on oxygen 24 hours a day now, & despise it! I am a smoker, but both my husband & I are quitting. I am simply waiting for nicotine patches in order to get that started. I am actually excited & looking forward to all of this. So, here we go...
