About me: I'm a novice when it comes to posting/blogging/twitting; therefore, I'm not sure if what I have to say is appropriate. Nevertheless, I am a 51-year-old female who is moderately active, but is having a difficult time of letting go of bad eating habits. I eat when I 'm stressed, sad, mad, happy, etc... The more disgusted I become, the more out of control -- its vicious cycle! The worst part is that I know what I should be doing and how I should be eating.
