About me: Losing Weight
I have only one way to lose weight and that is willpower and lots of it. You must first have to really WANT to lose weight.
First out of the bucket, cut ALL fast food and pizza joints out of your life. Not even a little bite.
Count calories, religiously! As my niece told me, If you bite it...write it.
Set your calorie count and stick by it. My maximum was 1200 total calories. I don't worry about anything on the side of a package except calories. If you wonder about calories on fresh food, check it out on a website. I, personally, like a site called www.fitclick.com and I use them ONLY for figuring my calories and portions.
You may think I starve myself, but I do well at the end of the day. For instance......
