About me: So I started eating healthier 6 days ago, down 3.5 pounds. Have a 4yr old and also a 9 month old that is still nursing some. I am very active but need to shed some acess baggage without "dieting". Traditional working out is not in the cards. I stand to work approx 7 hours a day four days a week, and chase childeren and ride horses the rest of the time. Im not a social networker kinda gal so this should be interesting. I do find the calorie counter diet tracker on here very handy to use to keep track of what I eat. I NEVER count calories ect. so I find it to be very informative and helpful.
