About me: I am 66 and female. 5'8" Have lost 50 pounds in last 2 years by working with a trainer 3 x a week and running and now weight l50 and still have a big waist 35" an stomach. I train with the running room and run 4 to 5 x a week and running a 1/2 marathon this week. I can't loose the last l0 pounds. Haven't lost a pound in the last 2 months. I am eating properly. I know about plateaus, but his is so frustrating. Any ideas. Am wondering if someone my age can loose their midriff...help!
