About me: I want to loose my freshman 15, that became a working 25 since I left school. I have a long distance relationship and I only get to see my boyfriend every 3 months or so. I tend to pig out and be lazy when he's not around, so I want to get back in shape before I see him next. Also I've been having some pre-diabetes like symptoms, and my resting heart rate is too high for someone my age and size. Every summer I like to go on a backpacking camping trip; last year I thought I was going to die and I couldn't make it any further. This needs to stop. I have to get things back in line. I used to be quite fit and healthy but I've allowed my laziness to rule my life and my health. No more! Freedom!!!
