About me: BMI says I'm 27 which means I'm overweight. That sums it up on why I'm here. I really can't rely too much on BMI alone, but it does help me realize I've been too sedentary the last few years. If I was to get my body composition measured right now, it will be really bad. Hopefully, I'll be updating this profile soon with good news about my new body composition.. more muscle and less fat!
For those of you who are fit, you know who you are, you've seen the people at the buffet tables. You are what you eat, and my recent months pinching pennies and grabbing dollar value meals at fast food joints are not helping. I also love food, and I eat the best tasting of foods which constitutes of coconut milk, butter, cream, marbled meats, and fried. All of this = to FAT.
In short (no pun intended on my height), I will lower my BMI to something more reasonable. At 5'5, I don't think I want to weigh below 150 lbs to reach an ideal BMI but instead, I'll focus on lean muscle!
