A great way to use up leftover veggies the next morning!

Throwing in my 2cents; half (approx) the protein is in the white and half in the yolk. If you don't want the cholesterol you can eat 1 whole egg and 2-3 egg whites. You can make a spinach omlet, or eat them hard-boiled. They are satisfying and good for you!
