Tracking Foods

To track foods and meals you ate, in the diet screen of the application, go to the Add A Food screen in that meal's listing to search for the food to add. To indicate you ate the meal, submit the meal. This will save your data and allow it to be shown on the diet tracker of your web account.


Adding Custom Foods

Your website account enables you to add custom foods or sign up for a diet plan. A diet plan you choose will show up in the diet information on your phone as suggested foods for each meal. Custom foods you create will then show up in your Add Food searches.


Tracking exercises

On the workout screen, the Add An Exercise option allows you to add exercises you did on the selected day. After adding the initial set, the exercise screen will allow you to add additional sets or modify details. To complete your workout for the day, use the Submit Workout option. This saves your data into the workout tracker of your web account. You can also visit your website account to sign up for a customized workout routine which will show up in the Exercise days listed on your phone.


Net Calories

To view your net calories, click Calorie Balance on the main screen. Calories burned and calories eaten represents checked in meals and workouts. To update the graph, visit your diet and workout pages and submit any pending changes.


Exercise Demos

If you don't know how to do an exercise, click on the name of the exercise for text instruction and/or an animated demonstration. Some exercises have animated demos to show more clearly the correct form of how to do the exercise. We add more animations and videos as they are created.


Sync with Web Account

Every time you submit a workout or meal on the phone, that information is synced real-time into your web account. Your website account allows you to see more detailed analysis of your activities and create workouts and diets you can share with your friends.


Starting over

To start over, just go to your web account and switch your diet or workout to a new one.
