"Don't know what happened used to be in great shape until my 3rd child. Now I gotta get movin. I wanna lose 47lbs. by Oct. 24th. I do maintenance so if I stay off my but I might be able to walk 4 hrs. a day. My problem is eating on the run. It's gotta stop also eating just before bed. Soo bad!"
