  • if you want to create your own routine, the best thing to do is use the "just track" option, i.e. have a blank workout. then build each day in the tracker for the entire routine (say, a 7-day cycle).

    then you can save that as a new workout by clicking on that option and then selecting the dates created that you want to use for the routine
