Returning to the Fold

Ahh the old saying that comes to mind is..

Fail to plan...
Plan to fail..

Hmmm think that is exactly what has happened..  So it's back to weight train 3 times a week and cardio 2 times a week.  Recording the foods that go into this body.. 

I can hardly wait to see the picture come true.. Yippee
