Today is the first day of the rest of my life. My goal is to get to 130 pounds so I can be happy with my body and health. I'm mainly going to concentrate on portion control, calories and fluid intake. I weighed in at my grandparents a couple of days ago because my husband and I don't own a scale. I was 209 pounds. I'll weigh in again in a couple of weeks.
