Getting Stronger

Legs today

I went this morning and I was not expecting to get broke off the way I did. I stuck to the program and I am now hurting. My legs are tight but what really hurts is my butt. I did the lunges and man did I feel it in the butt. I have a long walk to work tomorrow plus it is a cardio day. Wonderful!!

Starting is the hard part.

I really enjoy exercise, but after a long day at work, it is hard to get motivated. There always seems like something is getting in the way. This week, I am stopping the excuses and go to get bigger. I am 6' 2" and I weigh 162lbs. I look like a tale stick and I hate that everyone call me skinny. After 10 year in the military, you would think I would have bulked up by now. I just have to high of a metabolism to keep weight on. I like the exercises on this site and hope that they get better a...
