  • I have to agree with Greg - the "secret" is to burn more than you take in. The greater the delta, the faster the results, with some limits. A 500 cal/day burn is the safe recommendation, as lower than that can get you into starvation mode, and a body reaction that actually causes you to stop losing weight, or put it back on.
