I'm changing my diet to make sure I get 5 servings of veggies and fruits a day. I want to be healthy for my girls and set a good example. Lately they've been getting their 5 a days, but I haven't. Time to make a serious adjustment.

After almost 3 years of "just getting by" exercising, I've decided I'm totally committed to losing the last 30 pounds. I've had a host of excuses, too busy being mom to twins, too tired and the list goes on. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Last night I took my hoop to the gym and just jammed with my headphones on. Danced hard and fast for an hour, just for me. I totally needed it. On the way home I got the endorphine rush, which I totally missed from working ...
