Went to a meeting and the person behind me was sneezing and coughing. So, today I am sneezing and coughing, too. I will stay in and not spread my germs to anyone else.

strength training

I did strenght training, but somehow it got credited to yesterday, so I will do today's cardio tomorrow.  Not losing weight, but that's okay because muscle weighs more that fat

no workout today

I got up with the intention of working out today, but the day progressed and the next thing I knew it was late and I am tired.  Fortunately I worked out yesterday when I should have had the day off so I'll skip today and start fresh tomorrow.

It's going to be slow moving forward, but that's okay. I'm really interested in improving my health, so weight loss and appearance will take a back seat for now.

Well, this morning I am hurting from the strength training.  But it's worth it.  I'll try doing the cardio today.

Well, today I hurt all over.  However, I will go down into the basement and do the strength training exercises.  At my age it's easier to lose muscle mass than to build it.  I don't want to be huffing and puffing when I walk.  I want to get fit and stay fit.
