  • My name is Brenda and am 63 yrs. I have been trying to lose 25 lbs for months now with no success. 8 days ago I became totally fed up and did something I thought would never do. I started a liquid diet of shakes (grocery store/cereal aisle) which I have at breakfast, lunch and dinner. In between I drink lots of water and switch it up sometimes with tea or diet pop.
