    I weighed in today and was frustrated to see that I have gained 0.4 pounds since yesterday. I am following my diet to a T and have been doing well since I started almost 2 weeks ago. I don't know what has happened! Do I just have more resistant fat than everyone else? I am just a water gainer? What should I do.....I was really hoping to wake up again and see a little more weight shed. Hmmmm...
