So I joined the gym.  I've went 3 times last week!  I love it.  No when I eat 100 to 200 extra calories I don't feel so bad.

Looking Up

Things are starting to look up.  I've been doing great with my food choices.  I can now see what keeps me full longer and what has fewer calories.  Now when I look in the cupboard for a snack, I look with a different set of eyes than I used to.

I did my weight and measurements last night.  Yikes!  I don't expect to see results that are major but I do expect to see possitive ones.  This time it was engative.  I did lose a little bit of weight (and I do mean a LITTLE), but my waist went up slightly.  Grr.  My diet is bouncing around and I haven't been working out.  When I wake up I feel like I am starving.  My husband reasures me that that means I am burning fat.  I've been looking into a gym....

The last few days have been miserable.  I got sick!  I felt so horrible I didn't track anything that I ate.  Not that I needed to.  I bearly even ate.  But on the plus side,  my pants are getting baggy!  I'm sure this weeks weigh and measure will be boosted by my illness.

The last few days I haven't entered anything because I know my calories have been horrible.  I need to find something that is low in calories so that I can eat when I feel hungry without adding tons of calories.  I need to enter my food no matter what!

Starting Over

I've decided that it's been long enough since my baby was born that I can start to work out.  I've also been eating healthier too.  I went out and bought a scale and more veggies to jump start with.  I have made a commitment to only step on the scale Friday nights so that I don't get discouraged when the numbers don't move much.  I am also going to measure myself on Fridays.  Hopefully the numbers will seem to be moving faster and give me more motivation.  I also we...
