Wow, where can start it seems the closer I get to my goals I get somehow derailed be the rest of what the family is eating, but thats not problem, then problem is that I do admit i do spend allot of time prepping my daily intake diet,workout,cardio sessions,and the activities that I do outdoors,I may sound selfish,but I've have tried being contagious with this life style, I feel good physically,but emotionally i feel single with the life long ever commitment that I have chosen,I just want my sig...

looking for cheap high protein meals. Im a broke body builder trying to keep my grams of protein 200-230g per day 6 meals a day . I get about 60 grams from whey drinks twice a day. any suggestions?
