But it's not enough
I took 1 week off from my routine while on vacation on teh week of Dec 6
Well it's Feb 20 and I've but on 8.6 pounds.
I have been training for the 30K and doing well with that.
Did a 2 hour run last Sunday, though injuring my knee. Running through snow has been a challenge since January 1st.

Well that's it.
Training through the winter
The Around the Bay in Hamilton Ontario, is a hilly course.
So, I've been advised to do a lot of hill training. Fortunatly for me, I'm in Niagara Falls, a city with lots of hilly streeted neighbourhoods.
I'll continue with my regular running routine till New Years, then to training.

OMG, really now, who knows how much sodium they eat....really, check it out.
I stopped adding salt to my food a few months back. I may add a pinch to baking or to preserves, nothing like what recipes call for. this has been one of the many small changes I've done, over the last 2 years, to get me where I am now.

I tried making a chart so that I could print it out and leave it by my work out area.
Well, I need to learn to re-read the work out sessions before I start.
There was too much that I missed today.
I thought the session felt a little too easy, was thinking "Okay, this is diffrent, a real light day with few exersices".
I'm glad I caught this early enough...now I need a new way to keep my work outs at hand and charted.

What a great week, Birthday week. I'm older, though fitter than I've ever been.
Slowly getting my foods and meals in order on FC. A bit on the time consuming side. I am glad that so many have come before me and have inputted a bunch of the food that I now don't need to, thanks.
