This weekend was horrible diet wise. I stayed over someones house, drank liquor, ate fast food about 3 times, drank soda, didn't work out. I'm back to getting on track though. Oh and I also weighed myself at my friends house and found out I gained 3 pounds bringing my weight up to 115. I don't mind but my goal wasn't to gain any weight. I hope its muscle instead of fat though unlikely since I've only been working out for a week. Well, we'll see how it goes...

I eat so much junk food I really do. I can see that now since I've been tracking my diet. And I also realize that I dont eat no kind of balanced meal. For breakfast I may have 20 calories, 300 for lunch, 300 for "afternoon snack", and like 1000 for dinner because I try to keep my calorie intake at 1700 a day so I dont lose weight.
My goal isn't to lose weight. I want to lose fat and gain muscle. I read online its damn near impossible to do them both at the same time so I decide...

This is my third day tracking my diet. I've been eating so many crappy fatty foods and yet my bmr still leaves me in negative calories which means I'll still lose weight. either way I'd like to start eating healthier. I used to eat healthy foods before I got pregnant and the pregnancy gave way to more fattier foods. and since I've given birth (7 months ago) I'm still eating fatty foods. so I have to say good-bye to that nastyness and go back to eating my fruits. oh fruits how I missed you so.
