Finally a diet I can stick to.

I just stumbled across fitclick while trying to find a diet calculator. This is the best program I have ever seen to keep you on track and accountable. In one day I will weight myself to see how I did the first week. I already feel better. The only thing is that I just can't get motivated to exercise. I have an elliptical, hand weights, and a big ball. I did exercise twice this week but not for very long. I guess I just need to get into a routine and it will happen.
