Well, it's 2010 and the new beginning.  This is even bigger than Mondays or the first day of the month or the first day of Spring, Winter, etc.  And it's one day at a time...small steps but steps nonetheless.  Happy New Year fellow bloggers and seekers.

Entering Foods

I really like the way FitClick lets me enter foods--it's so easy.  Every food is there, good and bad, and right now my entries aren't the best foods to be eating but I'm entering them anyway.  As far as working out, I walk when the weather in FL isn't rainy so I'm thinking of getting a walking CD.  Right now I'm pretty excited about it all.

Getting to Day 1

It has been years since I actually paid attention to myself.  There were always so many other things to worry about, think about, get done.  Well, here I am, 67 years old looking at my 97 year old mother and realizing that if I follow in the family footsteps I'll live another 30 years. 

That's pretty great when you think about it BUT I'm going to need a body that works if I'm going to make the next 30 years worth it.  So with this realization and maybe now...
