I need to drink more water every day, get in a bit more exercise - and I need to stop NIBBLING - because it all adds up something terrible! When I start counting all the bits and pieces (much of which I can't either quantify or remember) its HUGE!

10 Jan - take-off aborted

Its already the 10th and I my new year's resolution is so not getting off to a good start. Tiredness, business and financial stress have once again thwarted best intentions. But WHY do I eat when I am stressed I know it will only add to my problems?
