So I've been working out for a solid 2.5 months now and I'm feeling good about it. I'm seeing results, even if they aren't always on the scale. Clothes are fitting way better and I'm generally more happy and have more energy.
With all that said, there are still area I have no idea how to target and they are now problem areas. I really need to attack my hips... they look out of proportion and are holding most of my fat now. I don't know what exercise I can do to help me battle them. It's f...

How many calories should I be taking in?

So I used the online tool to try and see how many calories I'm burning per exercise. So just from abs and cardio, I'm burning about 450 calories, not including anything going on during the day or the rest of the workout... I think it's about 66 calories per exercise which is around 330 additional calories burnt. So I can definitely see that burning 780 calories out of 1250 probably isn't the greatest idea, especially considering that I still have the rest of the day to go. So I'm wondering how m...

Can someone help me?

Ok, so I've been really strict with my diet and exercise... go to the gym 5 days a week, cardio and abs in each and a day for arms, legs, chest and back and the 5th is pure cardio. I keep my calories to around 1250 and I've been doing this for about a month. Well my first week I lost 7.5 lbs, second week was 9.5 lbs... 3rd week I'd gained 5lbs which we attributed to muscle...but the next week after I pushed harder at the gym, I hadn't lost anything, just maintained and the same for this week... ...

Half way through week 2 and I'm so tired

So I'm half way through my second week and I love my workout. I can actually sleep which is good. However, I'm tired because there's so much drama around work. It's stressing me out in one of the most stress-free positions possible. Hey, I'm Andrea and this year I turn 21. I have always been slightly overweight and it's something I've always tried to deal with but never suceeded.
