While I sit at work and think about things the more I realize I want to lose weight, I don't want to be lazy OR eat foods that make me feel crappy anymore. Unfortunately since today was unplanned it has been a HORRIBLE day if you think about the fat and calories i've consumed. I tracked it anyway.. I want to be able to see what I would eat before I started watching it. Hopefully it will show my progress in a positive light. With the lack of money, for healthier foods than Top Ramen
